New printing press HD Speedmaster XL 105 - 2P

Vochezer Druck GmbH is investing in a new additional printing press for very large packaging inserts up to a size of 750 x 1.050 mm.

The new HD Speedmaster XL 105 - 2P press from Vochezer Druck GmbH consists of 2 offset printing units and a sheet feeder specially designed for thin printing paper as well as a special sheet delivery system. After the first printing unit, the sheet can also be turned in the machine, in this way, the color combinations 1 / 0, 1 / 1 and 2 / 0 can be produced in a single Print run.

With material-dependent speeds of up to 15.000 sheets / h with the maximum size of 750 x 1.050 mm and very short set-up and cleaning times, this printing press offers a very high reliability and a high output

performance in combination with a very high print quality. Grammages starting from 32g / m² can be processed.

The control of the printed sheets during production takes place at the high-performance control station with Axis Control, a system for the spectral color measurement of the complete print sheet.

All technical and security components will be tested and validated as part of our Change-Control-Process, the new printing press is up in production starting from week 42 / 2020.
