We want to avoid every and all accidents at our site. To achieve this goal, we live a consistent safety culture, which we implement as part of various measures, such as job-specific safety analyses or health promotion projects. The success of Vochezer Druck depends to a large extent on the commitment and skills of our employees. Media technologists, technicians, foremen, engineers and production workers of different backgrounds and ages work side by side. This opens up new perspectives and promotes creativity and innovation and is ultimately the driving force behind the success of our company. We are aware of the importance of this diversity for the success of our company and actively promote it. As part of the promotion of young talent, we offer special training programs that we regularly adapt to the needs of the company. The personal further development of our trainees and employees is very important, because especially in a company that serves customers worldwide looking beyond one‘s own nose as well as flexibility and team-oriented action are prerequisites for the successful further development.
Procurement
When selecting our suppliers, we attach particular importance to their ability to deliver products and services on time and in the agreed quality. We commit our suppliers to the quality and social standards of Vochezer Druck. In addition, we ensure that purchased products and services are consistent with the company‘s environmental and safety policies and comply with local and international laws. We are fully
committed to respecting human and labor rights and are seeking to promote their implementation throughout the value chain. We expect our business partners to respect human and labor rights as well as health and safety at work. Child labor and forced labor are not tolerated.
Research & Development
We are constantly working on the development and optimization of our products and manufacturing processes. We always consider the entire life cycle of our products and processes in order to ensure the sustainability of the manufacturing processes, as well as the environmentally friendly and efficient use of our products.
Production
Our manufacturing processes are diverse. Both in terms of manufactured products, as well as in terms of resource intensity and energy requirements. With our qualified, validated and officially tested technical equipment, we guarantee a maximum possible health protection for our employees and minimum possible risk for the environment.
Compliance
The guiding principle of all employees and managers of Vochezer Druck GmbH is to conduct business in accordance with existing laws and corporate policies. We have introduced binding guidelines which are intended to encourage and support the integration of these guidelines into our daily activities to prevent violations of laws and corporate policies. The Code of Conduct is an integral part of the compliance culture at Vochezer Druck.
Social responsibility
We do support young people and children with our training programs and act as a sponsor for clubs and organizations in our region. Vochezer Druck is a sponsor of the children and youth department of the TUS – Traunreut tennis sport club.
