The EU Directive 2004/27/EC (Readability Guideline) stipulates this, among other things, by specifying the minimum font size, line spacing and contrast between font and paper color. Flat package Inserts are cut to the requested final size without folding. Packed in bundles of 1,000 with protective cardboard at the top and bottom, 2-times banded and film-sealed.
Package Inserts pre-folded are usually folded in half or thirds, 1 or 2-times. Lengths of up to 1.020 mm can be processed. Pre-folded leaflets are packed in bundles of 500 or 250 with protective cardboard at the top and bottom, 2-times banded and film-sealed.
Small folded package Inserts are produced in a wide variety of folding combinations for the requested final size. These variants are produced in cross folding, zig-zag and/or spiral folding. Small folded leaflets are packaged in bundles or in pre-perforated cardboard trays for easy filling of feeder magazines.
Outserts, Inserts, Onserts and Tagserts are small folded leaflets that are closed with an adhesive label including integrated perforation or with glue dots. We are producing these leaflets in cross folding, zig-zag and/or spiral folding with up to 3 sword folding units in a row. We can realize miniature folds up to a final size of 25 x 25 mm. Outserts, Inserts, Onserts and Tagserts are packaged in bundles or in pre-perforated cardboard trays for easy filling of feeder magazines.
For very large space requirements for patient information that cannot be realized with a single package insert, we offer our special product "GluePack". With a GluePack, several package inserts, booklets or other patient information products are combined into one glued package (GluePack). Of course, this is 100% monitored in order to exclude any possible mix-ups. The packaging is done in pre-perforated cardboard trays.
We are also happy to produce combination products for you. We are able to combine product samples with your small-folded package inserts, combine different package inserts to form a bundle or deliver all your secondary packaging materials for one item as a KIT on a pallet - entirely according to your specifications.

With the production of labels for the pharmaceutical industry in the variants roll labels and booklet labels on rolls, we optimally complement our product portfolio for secondary packaging products for the pharmaceutical industry. Produced in web offset, flexo and digital printing, we work with long-standing partners for special requirements.
Roll labels are produced in digital and flexo printing and can be processed via all common manual or automatic label dispensers. Packaging is done with cardboard interleaves directly on pallets or with corrugated cardboard packaging.

We produce paper blister envelopes in various sizes and designs using web offset printing with integrated punching, folding and glueing. For special sizes and design, we work with long-standing partners. Blister envelopes are used when individual tablet blisters are issued to the patient by the doctor or pharmacist with a specific short-term intake recommendation. Printed paper blister envelopes are used in human and veterinary medicine.
