New special folder GUK FA73/12-4 P6-73 MV11/1

Vochezer Druck GmbH is investing in a new additional special folder for small folded leaflets with glue or label closure and size of 73 x 120 cm for the production of the world‘s largest folded leaflets.

This new special folding system consists of a folding machine modified for very large flat sizes (max. 730 x 1.200 mm) with 12 + 4 folding pockets, an Vijuk-knife-unit with pressing device, optional gluing unit including Vijuk-license for RTA-Outserts up to 110 panels, an integrated double-sided print inspection, an AquaScoring system for very compact folds, a special labeling-unit for the application of closing labels and a modified delivery for very thick and extremely small folded leaflets. All technical and inspection components will be audited and validated within the change-control-process, the new folding-machine will be installed in week 14-2026 and used for the production of small folded leaflets after 2 weeks of testing and validation. This folding system expands the technical possibilities in the area of small folded leaflets due to the world‘s largest possible flat size for inserts and outserts with glue or label closure in the best interests of our customers and offers optimal flexibility.
